Within three weeks of receiving the barbell, I discovered a deep scratch on the coating. However, after a week of back-and-forth communication, they refused to honor both their 30-day return window and their “lifetime warranty”
I’m disappointed with both the product’s quality and the lack of responsiveness from customer service. They do not stand by their warranty or return policy, which is frustrating as a customer who trusted their promises.

“Beware of this company's delivery practice. It is predatory. Their support is rude. They will deliver your package boxed in a way that it can not be unloaded without a fork lift. They don't tell you this. When you can not get it off the truck they will charge you a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees back ( thousands ).”
