I recently bought this hat from your sale. It is quite the most uncomfortable hat I have ever owned due to the awful ruffled lining on the front head band as shown in the photo. I have already complained twice with photographs to no avail. Most of my wardrobe for many years has come from you with no complaints and absolute satisfaction but not this time.
