We were supposed to fly from Manchester to Heathrow then Miami stay overnight in hotel and transfer to cruise ship the following morning. Instead we ended up flying to Mexico city then to Miami arriving the following day flying for over 24 hours. No apology or help we lost our luggage didn't use the hotel and had to pay 104 dollars for transfer to Fort Lauderdale
