“There are really 2 reviews here a 1 star for the first call and 5 for the second. I rang to enquire about a river cruise and was told the agent would check availability and ring me back the same afternoon. I waited for the rest of the day but no call came. The second time I rang, the following afternoon, your agent did everything whilst I was on the phone. In less than half an hour the cruise and flights were completely sorted. She was really pleasant, efficient and friendly and we are now looking forward to our river cruise. Thank you.”

“Excellent booking service, and friendly staff. Some of the small print is a bit silly, restrictive and unhelpful. The cruise is reasonable value; the advertised optional extras are silly prices.”

“We had another excellent experience booking with ROL. Emma was amazing, such patience when we hit a few technical stumbling blocks during the booking process, particularly in trying to book various connecting flights. Emma worked through the issues and managed to coordinate things with the tour company to find a perfect outcome. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the effort Emma put into finalising our booking, she went above and beyond. Thank you!”
