“Everything booked very simply and although we didn't get the Amsterdam - Budapest cruise, we got the reverse! so just different to what we had in our minds. Will speak to advisor but just concerned your literature stated we would be picked up and brought home, now this facility seems to have been discontinued. But it was part of your stated promises. Shouldn't you reimburse us for our transportation? I think so.”

“Darren was friendly and knowledgeable when I called and spoke as if he had been on the cruise himself at some time. Booking was swiftly made. The only complaint was a failure of the IT system such that I did not get confirmation for a couple of days.”

“Always great deals and helpful staff . Bit of confusion over cruise I was looking for but Leona checked it out and came back straight away with details cruise I wanted which I then booked. E mail sent to us has incorrect date on spoke to Leona who’d advised hitch with computer but paperwork would have correct date on hopefully this will be the case. That’s why only 4 stars instead of 5”

“Gd information from Ellis and was expecting him to call back at 3pm as arranged, didn't happen and price was increased. Also price in brochure when booked wasn't available, should inform us this could happen.”
