“Always great deals and helpful staff . Bit of confusion over cruise I was looking for but Leona checked it out and came back straight away with details cruise I wanted which I then booked. E mail sent to us has incorrect date on spoke to Leona who’d advised hitch with computer but paperwork would have correct date on hopefully this will be the case. That’s why only 4 stars instead of 5”

“Gd information from Ellis and was expecting him to call back at 3pm as arranged, didn't happen and price was increased. Also price in brochure when booked wasn't available, should inform us this could happen.”
