“I had done my homework already and had the Fred Olsen website on screen with deck plan and availability. With ROL Cruise therefore it took barely 5 minutes to book our chosen cabin and pay the deposit plus I got a small discount because we had booked with them once before.”

“think her name was Georgia or Georgie - she helped me cancel one cruise and re-book to a different one, explaining that one has to spend 75per cent of the original cruise price. Have booked several times with ROL and would definitely continue to do so. Mrs makepeace”

“Excellent service provided by Georgie. We had previously booked a Fred Olsen World cruise for January 2027 which, unfortunately we will now not be able to go on. However, Georgie took the time to go through all the options available to us, sorted out payment, new cruises etc etc. Really wonderful service. Thanks to all concerned”
