My telephone call was answered quickly. Jack was excellent. We were cut off but he rang back immediately. Also he sorted a more convenient alternative flight for me, and at no extra cost. As he knew this would take sometime he told me to ring off and he’d ring back when it was sorted. Again he did this and rang back as soon as he had arranged it. He then completed my booking which was done efficiently and courteously.
We have used ROL on numerous occasions and always found them to be efficient, good value and very helpful.
