Decided a few days after laying away tickets for NY not to attend. Reached out via web and email for refund Jun 29, no reply. I call customer service 1888-512-SHOW and of course, no one is ever available to speak with. Fast forward to July 29, NOTIFICATION $200 APPROVED CAPIT ONE ROLLING LOUD NY ...... Not a month later, still no reply or acknowledgement of my request and now a charge that was no longer authorized hits my account. I notified my attorney, sent them a follow up email and wrote this review. I will continue to write reviews until it is resolved. Who knows how many people they have failed to respond.
