“Horrible experience! They lie on social media and then show zero empathy or compassion in terms of offering a refund or SOMETHING. I will absolutely never attend again and strongly advise everyone to save your money. This festival has made a living off of scamming people and lying through their advertisements to squeeze as much money as possible. Do they have some solid lineups? Yes, but if something goes short or gets cancelled, expect 0 help or compassion from them. They knowingly lie on social media through ads and do not care at all about their customers.”
“When the rain started pouring they closed the tents which could easily fill 15.000 people. Its a shame people like this exist. People are soaked for more than 4hours, since you cant get a bus to Vienna for 3hours at least. Its a shambles of a festival so proudly presented. Woodstock no.2.

“I paid extra money to have expedited entry and extra bathroom access. The worst money I had ever spent. I did not experience expedited entry. When I asked an officer they told me it would still take 2 hours to get in and security had no clue where GA+ expedited entry was. Do not pay for upgraded tickets if you do decide to go to this festival. An absolute waste of money.
I have reached out to their customer service and they continue to not offer help and will not offer a partial refund. I am extremely frustrated with them. Horribly organized event.”

I got check my email no confirmation email, no order number, no nothing. I checked my bank statements it says i spent 429$ on the ticket and it took my MONEY!!. So rolling loud didn’t handle handle this the right way”
“Rolling Loud is easily the worst, most unorganized and disappointing festivals I have ever been to. To artists cancellations, no communication to the festival goers and over priced food this festival had it all. They would wait til last minute to tell the crowd that an artists wouldn’t be coming so you would miss another artist that actually did come and you would have paid $300+ tickets on standing around. Every headliner came out late and performed for 40 minutes and got cut short without explanation. My friends wristband came in the mail too tight and they wanted him to pay 50$ for a new one when it wasn’t his fault and so he just showed it in the air for the first 2 days and on the 3rd day they said he wasn’t allowed in unless he got it around his wrist (which is impossible) or buy a new one for 50$. The food was simple stuff like pizza and steak sandwiches priced at 30$ or more. Too many 16 year olds who don’t care about anything throwing stuff into the crowd, hitting people, and just being overall childish. The entire weekend was a waste of money except for like 4 artists when you were promised 10+. Never will I go again.”
“Decided a few days after laying away tickets for NY not to attend. Reached out via web and email for refund Jun 29, no reply. I call customer service 1888-512-SHOW and of course, no one is ever available to speak with. Fast forward to July 29, NOTIFICATION $200 APPROVED CAPIT ONE ROLLING LOUD NY ...... Not a month later, still no reply or acknowledgement of my request and now a charge that was no longer authorized hits my account. I notified my attorney, sent them a follow up email and wrote this review. I will continue to write reviews until it is resolved. Who knows how many people they have failed to respond.”
