I paid extra money to have expedited entry and extra bathroom access. The worst money I had ever spent. I did not experience expedited entry. When I asked an officer they told me it would still take 2 hours to get in and security had no clue where GA+ expedited entry was. Do not pay for upgraded tickets if you do decide to go to this festival. An absolute waste of money.
I have reached out to their customer service and they continue to not offer help and will not offer a partial refund. I am extremely frustrated with them. Horribly organized event.
