Ok so I get it, Romwe can have a bad return system but for me it has overall had a pretty decent place to buy stuff from. I have ordered 2 different orders from Romwe so far. My first order was about $12 dollars, and it was PERFECT! I got free shipping and I got my order within 7 days, which was fast for just some free flat rate shipping. My next order was over $50, and I had some issues, but it was pretty fair overall. Since I spent over $20, I got free standard shipping (which should be faster than the free flat rate shipping I got before) but it actually took MUCH longer than my last order. I actually got so worried because on the track page you can go to see where your order is, my package hadn't moved in 10 days. I got ahold of costumer service and then they gave me the UPUS tracking number and all ended well. The service was great for me, they respond to my concern within less than 24 hours. I ended up getting my package 1 day before the estimated delivery time so, it was ok I guess. I also had 2 products that I was worried about when I received my order, it was a shirt and pair of pants. the shirt was tight on the top of it and the pants I ordered were TERRIBLE. but other than that my experience with Romwe was great.
