So far I’ve gotten everything I’ve ordered from them within the expected delivery window, with accurate tracking. Some quality of clothes are hit or miss. Some pieces I love, other ones are a cheap material or awkward fit, but for the most part, I like 90% of everything I’ve gotten from them. But that’s shopping online for you, you can’t see and feel or try on what you’re ordering, so there’s going to be some pieces you don’t like as much once you see it in real life and put it on. I’ve ordered from them about 8 times (each around $50-$150 USD purchases). They are legit but I’m sure like most companies have some issues. I haven’t had to go through customer service so I cannot give feedback on that. My only issue currently is the app will not accept my images for the review points. Apparently this is a common issue with the pop up phrase: “your loaded image is too small” even though it is clearly not an issue from my end. I’m no app designer but it might be in how they short term store your images on that page before you go to upload them, because I noticed the faster I do it, the further I get in the upload process (like 46-57%), but if I leave them sit for a few minutes they won’t even make it past 0% in the upload status. Wish that could be fixed. Other than that, it’s a fast fashion app- you get what you pay for, some gems, some lemons, like any fast fashion company.
