I have ordered before from Romwe and the experience was somewhat fine. Recently, I ordered again from Romwe for back to school. I placed my order on August 12. It is now the 18th and I’m not very excited to say that my order has not arrived to my home. I look on the “Track my Order” almost every day, if not every other day and the same step still applies to my order. I don’t appreciate the fact that I wanted my order to arrive before school starts, but I don’t even know if I’ll get that lucky. I’m also disappointed that their order delivery says 3/5-7 business days. I don’t believe that applies to everyone, especially not me. I’m questioning myself if I’m going to order from them again? Because I know I am upset at their terms and service.
