I have only received 1 of two packages, which I purchased on 12/02. while tracking the one containing all but one item, which is the one I've already received, it has stated that it had arrived at the USA local facility. It's been there for a week and a half and I don't understand if this is through customs or if it's at one of the warehouses and it's just sitting there in a box. I try to ask customer service but it's a joke. Everytime I try to talk with someone other than the automated FAQs robot, even though it's says it's supposed to be 24/7, there is never anyone online. I just want to know how much longer my package will be since it's been in the same status on romwe, and USPS hasn't received it yet.
