I placed my 11 item order on 12/3 and my tracking states that my order was shipped on 12/4. My package says that it arrived at the United States Local Facility on 12/7 and my tracking has not updated since! USPS is still awaiting my items! I have reached out through the 24hr online chat and was told that the maximum delivery date would be 12/17, it is now 12/18 and I don’t have my package and the USPS tracking is still awaiting my item. I contacted customer service again and they then said the 18th to the 20th is my new maximum delivery date... I’m starting to think I will not be getting my package before my vacation on the 22nd! I ordered these items for my vacation and would not have placed this order if I thought that there was any chance that they would not arrive on time. With no help from customer service, I don’t know what else to do! Edit: Just attempted to contact customer service again and was now told that my delivery date would be the 20th to the 23rd and then the chat attendant ended the chat on me!
