Parcel took weeks -still didnt arrive. They had put the wrong address on my parcel and instead of issuing an immediate refund they keep asking me to wait for delivery. so you want me to wait for it to be delivered to an address that is not mine ? does this make sense? Again if you need proof you messed up call USPS and they will gladly send you proof- dont ask the customer to do your job.
