I purchased a pair of sweatpants as a gift that arrived with an obvious hole in the front leg. Ridiculously, while I paid for shipping to receive the item, Romwe is going to charge me to return the defective product (deducting it from my merchandise refund amount). I do not recommend using this site based on the quality of the products and the return process for defective items.
