My daughter ordered some clothes with her a Venmo card. The site says the order was delivered but we never got the clothes. No tracking. Checked with neighbors and nothing. Tried to contact customer support....what a joke. I finally filed a claim with Venmo to go after them to get her money back. She’s a kid so $25 is a lot of money to her. Never again will she order from them and I will make sure to blast this info on social media.😤
