First of all Laura Wells wrote a review and in the review she gave the number for Romwe customer service. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THAT NUMBER. It is a lie and who knows she maybe a fraud just like them!
Know, I ordered some items from this website for my daughter. I most admit, I did received the items. But, some of them was too big for my daughter. We went on there website to contact customer service and all we got was the run around and bull. Anyhow, we read the policies and follow the instruction for return. All we wanted to do was return the items and get a smaller size. We send the items back with FedEx to the location they provide us on there website. To make a long story short, they never refund us our money. We didn't get to exchange the items. We got confirmation that they received the package we sent them. Its been over a month and we got no reply from them. We email them and they kept telling us to check our points because, the refund may have been credit to the point system they have. Well, that is a LIE!!! There chat system they have to assist there customer is a bunch of BULL!!! BIGGEST SCAM!! And I am not gonna stop here because, we did our part as the consumer, it's not fair be treated this way.
