We bought an outdoor sectional, which was delivered without the cover that I had ordered with it, which was not a great experience. However, when we went to the store we had a wonderful experience at the Edmonds location with Delia, who got us a drop sheet for the night to protect our new purchase and actually drove to another location to ensure that we could get our cover the next day (as the Edmonds location didn't have any in stock).
