orders are placed and keep getting cancelled. Sometimes its explained as not available items and other times there is simply no explanation.
If an order is accepted and the website specifies that the item not available at the store will take 7 to 14 days to be shipped to it from the distribution center I expect that to be so. Apparently all the stores are just trying to sell their own inventory.
Their customer service is a joke as the girl that answered seemed to not understand english or french
