My wife ordered some chairs to be delivered to a store nearby. Unfortunately that store had a COVID even requiring them to close for a couple weeks. We thought that our items may be delayed 2 weeks. When we FINALLY heard from RONA despite numerous efforts, we were told our chairs would be another 10 weeks. We canceled. So be aware that this company is not customer service centred and it is best to order elsewhere.
