Absolutely brutal on-line service. Ordered planters for parcel delivery. Took 4 days from Rona to let me know that what was supposed to be available is out of stock.
Submitted an other on-line order for curbside pick-up a few days ago. Still no follow up Rona on when it will be ready. Called customer service. Got no one live.
It's absolutely embarrassing that Rona is a Canadian-owned business.
Rona has no business being in this industry.
