They hired subcontractor to delivery my new A/C the guy had no dolly. Took a photo of him "dragging it across the parking lot and sidewalk to my apt" Box all ripped. Called the store no Manger picked up the phone. Called so called "Customer Service" their recording refers you back to the store...Nutz. paid $75 for shotty delivery. Horrible. No wonder many RONA gone out of business.
Don't shop there!!!!
