Walked 20 minutes to get to Rona to buy work gloves which were on sale as of Aug. 27 (today). There were none in the allocated space on the shelf so I advised a clerk about this and she said they were probably sold out. When I pointed out the special only started today, she checked their online inventory and said they should have 12 pairs. Another clerk advised they had not been put on the shelf yet and to come back tomorrow.
Terrible customer service.
