Placed order on line.
Got the email..can't track the order without an account
Opened an on line account just to track my order
No record of the oder on line..payment had been processed
Tried customer service number..no direction on how to talk to a person
Figured it out...'experiencing longer than normal delays'
Called the pick up store..initially no record of the order...patient staff tracked it down..said it was ready
Drove 30 minutes to pick.it up.
Delayed due to computer system..not sure the 2 staff involved were able to key in thst the order had been.pucked up.
Two stars because the staff were patient and helpful.
