Ordered online from Rona 2 months ago. Shipped through Day and Ross. Still haven’t received the package.
Nobody from Rona can assist and D&R cannot locate the package. Do not ever ever buy online from Rona as they will take your money and never refund it. They will blame the shipping company and ask you to contact them even though you are buying from Rona. Basically they will just wash their hands off.
