Placed online order on April 9 for basketball net never received an email confirmation until April 13 after 3 calls to service centre. Shipping tag created on April 15, still sitting in warehouse waiting for delivery to pick it up. All I get is excuses for the delays.
Worst company I have ever dealt with.
