Ordered an arrow carport. Poor packaging and poor quality. Contacted rona online. Very poor customer service. Offered me a return but after hours of work installing the product, a return was not an option. Offered me a $100 discount for the poor quality and damage due to poor packaging.
Then the customer representative didn't send the credit until weeks later after I asked again. Never buying from rona online again and certainly not from arrow products. Shame on both those companies.
