Order 2 items online and was sent 2 incorrect items. Was told to ship them back or return to nearest Rona for refund. Was told for the inconvenience and the hassle i could receive 10% off my next $100 order. I informed the customer support agent i would not be ordering from again and i could sign up with my email online and receive $10 off my next $50 order. This tells you everything you need to know about how Rona cares about it’s customers. After printing the return label I noticed the refund was about $10 less then what i paid. Not sure if this is to pay for the shipping that should be free or some form of processing but it’s criminal. You received my payment and sent me items I didn’t order but still feel entitled to keep some of that said money. Rona is just another company that today doesn’t care at all about it’s customers or the money they spend.
