We have never been disappointed at Lethbridge Rona and have shopped there for many years. It is our preferred store for our renovations/projects We have found all staff to be very helpful. From the friendly hello when you walk in, to the yard workers who load your orders, to the help desk where we’ve found knowledgeable sales persons who are quick to assist you. Most visits they have escorted me directly to the aisles I’ve needed. My last visit was a return without a receipt that went very easy and Ryan assisted me figuring out the best price for another purchase. We would recommend this store to anyone.
