I am currently trying to return an wooden outdoor table. It has been four days of me trying to get someone to send me a shipping label so that I can return said table.
I am still waiting. I keep being told that my case has been escalated and someone will get back to me but no one does. I had someone, at some point, send an email asking me if the glass top was broken - its a complete wood table. I like my local Rona store but will never buy anything online again. To add, the leg is crooked, hence the warranted return.
