on May 15/24 I ordered a lawnmower to ship the next day, paid for on Visa. May 30/24 still no product. 15 days, 12 emails, one visit to manager in store in Mississauga. The customer service takes 1.5 hours on hold. When I wanted to cancel my order….they said they couldn’t hear me!!!! The store called head office and got hung up on by customer service line as well. I have now 2 claim numbers, they blame the supplier! The absolute worst on line purchase experience ever….2 weeks and they won’t do anything for me. Never buy from Rona again. Nobody cares at all
