Totally does not care about customer service once sale is made just passes the problem of to the supplier and offer no assistance whatsoever.
To this date I have not heard back from RONA CSS about the defective product they sold me as NEW. Looks like I will have to contact the Ontario Consumer Protection Agency to get some help as I am not about to let RONA get away with it.
"Never" again will I shop or should i sa "throw my money away" at RONA.
