I purchased a BBQ on July 11, 2024, from the Stock Yards location.
I tried to call the stockyards store on July 15, 2024, multiple times. Called the toll-free number in customer service and what a joke.
No wonder people shop at home depot, Rona sucks no customer service, and no help at the store level and head office.
This is my first and last time I shop at Rona.
