We special ordered Levolor Shades at Rona in Pickering and had the pleasure of Cindy to help us with them. She advised us on which product was best for us; sent an installer to take exact measurements; and advised us when Levolor was going to be having a discount promotion on these shades. in total we ordered shades for 5 windows. When the shades were ready for installation, Eddie ( installer ) did a great job installing them. The largest shade had a slight buckle in it and we waited a week or so, to see if this would work itself out. The shade in question did not improve, so Cindy advised us to take a picture of it and send it to her. Cindy dealt with Levolor and in turn they made us another shade. Cindy followed up with them and arranged the new shade to be installed. Eddie installed the shade and everything is great now. Thankyou for your exceptional service Cindy!
