Although it has been a couple of months, my wife and I still feel compelled to rate Bev in the Garden Section at the Ancaster Rona store.
Bev was pleasant, professional, patient, very informative and accommodating with our needs and our concerns.
She educated on a few topics that we were ill informed on in the past.
If every store had a human “Bev” in every department, there would not be the lack of Customer Service that is so prevalent in so many industries. Thank you, Bev!!!
