I shop at the Rona on Gardiners Road, Kingston which was formerly a Lowes. I was shopping for some deck chairs when I met the department head, Andy. He gave me an excellent price for the chairs and unpacked and helped load them into my car. He gave the BEST customer service I have received in a long time. I will definitely continue to shop at this store and always look for Andy.
