So far behind Home Depot. Does not provide option for electronic receipts and the Customer Service Desk at the store cannot produce duplicates even when you provide dates of purchase. Lowes wasn’t the greatest in this regard but the takeover by Rona has only made the situation worse.
For ease of doing business, I will no longer shop at Lowes !!!
