Customer service terrible. Called the Ancaster store….disconnected multiple times, transferred to wrong department….when I spoke to a person she was rude…when I suggested I would give a bad review she said it didn’t matter…”everyone knows what customers are like” and if I wasn’t nice she could just hang up or transfer my call…given this is store policy and rude or no customer service is justified as the customer is the problem I don’t see much chance of improvement….where not to go anymore
