I was looking for some plumbing parts today at the Pickering Ontario Store. One of the sales associates, Noel , helped me find what I was looking for. He was pleasant knowledgable and helpful. First of all, it's nice when you don't have to go searching for help over the entire store for help, and second of all its a real bonus when you find someone that can understand your needs and help to solve your problem.
