Ordered a new dryer that was over $1000 … was delivered & then told by the delivery guys they couldn’t attach our new dryer venting because we had not taken the old one off at the top where it is vented outside so it wasn’t straight forward enough for them to do it. We are both seniors so were not able to do it ourselves. Not impressed at all to have a new dryer you can’t use. Then had to pay someone to do it! Rona needs to give customers FULL instructions as to what they need to do in order for dryer vent to be installed. All we were told was to unplug it because delivery guys won’t unplug it.
