Bought a washer dryer set with pedestals. Spent over $3000. Had them delivered and the delivery people refused to put the washer and dryer on the pedestals. after calling the store and them standing around for 30 mins and it wasn’t till I told them to take the machines back they finally agreed to do it. Ridiculous as it was on our purchase papers.
I would suggest if you are older purchase from a different company.
