Terrible customer service.
Have tried to buy two sheds. One in which I paid for, waited 40 mins for it to be loaded...just for me to go in and see they couldn't find it.
Trying to buy another one now, was told it was there and ready for me to come buy....I phone before I drive from out of town for them to tell me I will receive a call back as they don't see it. So for a hr later. No call back and now I can't get through to them.
Rona plus has definitely let me down.
