I purchased a metal carport on line to be delivered to my cottage. I took time off work to be there per the delivery date. The item did not arrive. When I called, I was told someone should have called me to schedule a delivery. Because they don't deliver to the area on weekends, I drove my wife on a weekday to be there for the delivery. 5 hours of driving. The delivery didn't fit on the truck. The following day the truck broke down. I had to plead with the delivery company to deliver on the upcoming Saturday. Now I've opened the boxes and found that they shipped an incorrect box after I've taken time off to assemble the carport. Another waste of my time. Now I wait for customer service to send me an email so I can tell them what's missing. How long will I have to wait for the correct parts? It doesn't seem like the customer is a priority at all to this company.
