Needed seed potatoes advertised on Rona's site. Went to closest which claimed they had 11 units. No units available.
Phone west edmonton location, gave them the item number and the clerk said he had more than 20 (website said they had 23) and that he had checked the shelf himself. Perfect. Drive across the city to the store and they can't find the item. None in the store.
Unacceptable.
Don't really care whether stores are Canadian owned when service and communications is so poor.
