I walked in the store and there wasn’t any people around at the Caledonia and Castlefield location.
There wasn’t a lot of staff as back when it used to be Lowe’s
So I started racing my voice a little and saying hello is there anybody in here?
It turns out to be that there was a man named Peter D’urso who said he could help me even though it was not his department.
He was very helpful/knowledgeable, and took his time assisting me in getting what I needed.
Great customer service and I am thankful
