On July 3, 2025 I wanted advice from Rona in Vancouver about the installation of their barn door. After an appalling encounter with someone who was referred to a the "expert" and who was full of "I thinks", "I believe" and "I don't know", I was recommended to speak with an installer. I was asked to pay a $80 deposit. The installer called once to offer me dates I was unable to accomodate. I told the installer when I was available and to this date I have never heard back from the installer.
What a disorganized, dysfunctional company.
