I experienced it twice RONA.ca ( Sunridge, Cagary NE location).
First i bought a Fridge, after two months Cooking range the delivery guy did not scheduled the appointment one day before the arrival. It is happening again, tomorrow they are supposed to deliver cooking range and delivery company did not call me when they are coming. Delivery Window is 8am to 4:30 pm. why the hell these people do not care others time. (Fu*k Me) why i ordered again.
