I purchased an item to clean my drain. I opened the package and the product was clean, and unused however, Rona located on Memorial Drive, in North Bay would not return the item. It was only a 4 dollar item.
If I would have purchased the item at Home Depot, I would have been able to return it because their return policy is better. I won't make that mistake again. The employees at this location are friendly and helpful - on a good note!
